Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions

Bookings are confirmed only after:
• Full payment or deposit has been received.
• Confirmation email has been issued.

The lead renter must be at least 18 years of age.

Deposit:
• A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental charge is required to secure a booking.

Balance Payments:
For bookings made 30 days or more before the rental start date, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the rental start date.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the rental start date, the remaining balance becomes due immediately and may be requested separately via secure payment link.

Failure to Pay:
ReadyCamp Ireland reserves the right to cancel any booking where outstanding balances are not paid by the specified due date.

ReadyCamp may require:
• A refundable security deposit; or
• A pre-authorised card hold.

Any applicable amount will be disclosed prior to booking.

Equipment must be collected and returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

Equipment is supplied in good working order.
Customers should inspect equipment upon collection and report any issues immediately.

Customers agree to:
• Use equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow manufacturer instructions.
• Protect equipment from theft, damage and misuse.
• Return equipment in substantially the same condition received.

Reasonable cleaning is expected.
Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
ReadyCamp reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs.

Customers are responsible for:
• Lost items
• Stolen items
• Missing components

Replacement costs may be charged.

Camping is an outdoor activity.
Bookings are not refundable solely because of adverse weather conditions unless otherwise stated.

More than 30 days before rental:
Full refund

14-30 days before rental:
50% refund

Less than 14 days before rental:
No refund.

ReadyCamp may, at its discretion, offer alternative dates where feasible.

ReadyCamp shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events outside reasonable control including:
• Extreme weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions

ReadyCamp shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury arising from misuse.
• Loss of enjoyment.
• Indirect losses.
• Consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Irish consumer law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
