Overview
ReadyCamp offers two convenient ways to receive your camping equipment:
1. Collection from our County Clare collection point.
2. Delivery to participating Partner Campsites.
The available options will be displayed during the booking process.
1. Collection From ReadyCamp
Customers may collect their rental equipment from our designated County Clare collection point.
Collection details, including address, date and time, will be provided as part of your booking confirmation.
Collection Requirements
The person collecting the equipment must
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Present valid photo identification if requested.
• Provide any required booking reference information.
2. Partner Campsite Delivery
Selected Partner Campsites can receive ReadyCamp equipment on behalf of customers.
This service is designed to reduce vehicle loading requirements and make camping more convenient.
How It Works
1. Book your ReadyCamp bundle.
2. Select an eligible Partner Campsite.
3. We deliver the equipment before your arrival.
4. Collect your equipment from the campsite.
5. Set up and enjoy your stay.
6. Pack the equipment at the end of your trip.
7. Leave it with the campsite for ReadyCamp collection.
Your Campsite pitch MUST be booked directly with the campsite.
A booking of ReadyCamp equipment does NOT constitute a pitch booking with the Partnered Campsite.
Delivery Availability
Delivery is currently available only to participating Partner Campsites.
Not all campsites are eligible.
A list of current Partner Campsites is available on our website.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring booking details are accurate
• Collecting equipment promptly upon arrival
• Returning all equipment and accessories t the end of the rental period
Late Returns
Late returns may impact subsequent customer bookings.
Additional charges may apply where equipment is not returned at the agreed time.
Missing Items
All equipment should be returned together, including accessories, poles, pegs, bags and other supplied components.
Charges may apply for missing items.
