2. Select Your Dates
Check real-time availability and choose the dates that suit your trip.
Our online booking system instantly shows availability, allowing you to secure your equipment in just a few clicks.
No waiting for quotes.

Just select your dates and book online.
During the booking process, we’ll also place a refundable €500 security hold on your payment card to protect the equipment. Full details are available in our Equipment Protection Policy.

ReadyCamp supplies your camping equipment only.
Campsite pitches and festival tickets must be booked separately with the campsite or event organiser.
3. Choose Collection or Campsite Delivery
You have two easy options:
Collect from ReadyCamp
Collect your equipment from our County Clare hub before your adventure.
Perfect if you’re travelling between multiple locations.
Partner Campsite Delivery
Staying at one of our Partner Campsites?
We’ll deliver your ReadyCamp bundle directly to the campsite before you arrive.
No struggling to fit tents, chairs and cooking gear into the car.
Simply arrive, collect your equipment and start your adventure.
IMPORTANT:
You must book your camping pitch directly with the campsite. Booking a bundle with ReadyCamp does not constitute a pitch booking at the campsite.
4. Set Up camp
Once you’ve selected your equipment and dates, secure your booking with a 30% deposit.
For bookings made 14 days or more before your rental, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your trip.
For bookings made less than 14 days before your rental, the remaining balance will be requested shortly after booking.
Every bundle includes quality equipment selected for comfort, durability and ease of use.
Most tents can be pitched in minutes and include clear instructions.

5. Return Your Equipment & Release Your Security Hold
When your trip is over, simply pack the equipment away and return it using your chosen option.
If You Collected Your Equipment
Return it to our County Clare collection point.
If You Used a Partner Campsite
Leave the packed equipment with the campsite and we’ll collect it.
No cleaning.
No long-term storage.
No garage full of camping gear.
Equipment Inspection
Once the equipment has been returned and inspected, your security hold will be released. The hold is simply a temporary pre-authorisation on your card and is not charged unless equipment is lost, damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or not returned in accordance with our T&Cs
6. Relax – We’ve Got the Rest
Once your equipment has been returned and inspected, your €500 security hold is released and your adventure is complete.
